Your agreement to these Terms is supported by your opportunity to access the Wise Connections network, undergo the personalized verification process, and receive customized introductions to verified industry leaders through our direct communication channels.
3. Eligibility, Verification, and Communication
Membership is strictly limited to verified B2B companies in the iGaming sector.
- Verification: By submitting your inquiry, you consent to our verification process, which includes the assessment of your company’s credentials, goals, and values. We reserve the absolute right to approve or deny membership.
- Designated Contact: You must maintain a designated point of contact via the agreed-upon personal communication channels for all service delivery and introductions.
- Reliance on Communication: You acknowledge and accept that all crucial service communications, including partnership introductions and relationship follow-up, will be conducted exclusively via the direct communication channels agreed upon with your Wise Connections representative. We are not responsible for delivery failures or issues arising from your selected third-party communication channels (e.g., Telegram, WhatsApp).
4. Confidentiality of Introductions and Professional Conduct
The identity, contact details, and partnership goals of other members, disclosed to you during the matchmaking process, are strictly confidential.
- Non-Disclosure: You agree not to disclose, share, or misuse any confidential information or contact details obtained from Wise Connections or its members without explicit mutual consent.
- Circumvention: You agree not to intentionally circumvent the Wise Connections service to establish a partnership with an introduced party without our facilitation.
- Conduct: All interactions via personal communication channels must adhere to the highest standards of professional and ethical conduct.
5. Website Content and Restrictions
All information and content on the Wise Connections website are proprietary. The use of any content (including text, images, and data) for commercial purposes or republication is prohibited without express written consent. The website is for B2B informational and verification purposes only.
6. User-Submitted Information (Submissions)
Any company data, profile information, or feedback submitted by you (the “Submissions”) grants us a perpetual, non-exclusive, worldwide license to use and display such information solely for the purpose of verifying your company, facilitating personalized matchmaking, and promoting the Wise Connections service.
7. Disclaimer Regarding Off-Platform Partnerships
Wise Connections is a facilitator of introductions; we are not a party to any resulting contracts.
- We make no guarantees regarding the commercial success, profitability, or outcome of any partnership formed via our introductions.
- We explicitly disclaim all liability for any actions, losses, damages, or disputes arising from agreements, breaches of contract, or interactions between two verified parties that occur off-platform via direct communication.
8. Limitation of Liability and Indemnification
Under no circumstances shall Wise Connections be liable for any damages resulting from the use of our services or the actions of other members. You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold us harmless from any losses or legal costs arising from any breach by you of these Terms or claims related to your conduct on the direct communication channels. In no event shall the total aggregate liability of Wise Connections for all claims, damages, losses, and causes of action arising out of or related to these Terms or the services provided exceed zero euros (€0.00)
9. Termination
We may immediately terminate these Terms and your access to our network and services (including communication facilitation) without notice if we determine, in our sole discretion, that you have violated these Terms, especially the rules regarding Professional Conduct or Confidentiality.
10. Amendment
We reserve the right to amend these Terms of Service at any time. Your continued use of the website and participation in the off-platform service following any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
